First, I’d like to thank you for appreciating our previous work and for considering us to create your perfect hair color. To do this, we need to know almost everything about you, especially about your hair, naturally.

A personal consultation is required, during which we will perform a personalized hair diagnosis and assess your desired color. This allows us to determine the best technique for coloring your hair, what results to expect during your first visit, how many lightening sessions may be needed, and so on.

This consultation and preliminary assessment are completely free of charge.

After this, you can book an appointment with our expert colleague. To secure your chosen appointment, please be prepared to pay a 20,000 HUF deposit in cash, which will be credited towards the total cost of the service.

You can reschedule your first appointment twice, provided you do so at least 48 hours in advance. The same 48-hour notice applies to cancellations; please notify us by phone during opening hours. In this case, your deposit will be refunded. Otherwise, the deposited amount will be charged.

For existing appointments (2nd or subsequent visits), if you cancel within 48 hours, 50% of the cancelled service fee will be charged at your next appointment.
