(hereinafter referred to as the Seller or Data Controller) declares that its data processing activities related to the operation of its online store comply with the provisions of the currently applicable laws. When processing user data, we adhere to and observe the following applicable legal regulations.

The purpose of this Privacy Statement is to define the principles and rules for the processing of personal and other data provided during the ordering of products from the www.blondhair.hu online store and made accessible to the website operators (“Data Controller”).

The Data Controller strives to take all reasonable measures to ensure the security of its IT systems, with particular regard to preventing unauthorized access to data stored on the site.

USER RIGHTS REGARDING DATA PROCESSING

The User may request information about the processing of their personal data, and may request the correction or deletion of their personal data.
The User may request the deletion or modification of their personal data, or information related to data processing, in the following ways:

Upon the User’s request, the Data Controller is obliged to provide information about the data it processes, the legal basis, purpose, and duration of the data processing. The Data Controller is obliged to provide the information in writing, in an understandable form, within the shortest possible time from the submission of the request, but no later than 25 days. The user may request the correction, modification, or deletion of their data at any time. The data controller is obliged to carry out the correction, modification, or deletion of the user’s own data as requested within 25 days. If the data controller communicates the factual and legal reasons for rejecting the request for correction, blocking, or deletion in writing or electronically with the consent of the data subject within 25 days of receiving the request, the data controller shall inform the data subject of the possibility of judicial remedy and recourse to the Authority.

The Service Provider respects and protects personal data. The use of the Contractor’s data is carried out in accordance with the current regulations of the Data Protection Act. The Service Provider stores the customer’s data only for the purpose of fulfilling the contract and for later proof of the contract’s terms for the duration of the contract.

The Service Provider is obliged to retain the Contractor’s data for at least 8 years based on Section 169 of Act C of 2000. The Service Provider takes all reasonable measures to securely store the data but does not assume responsibility for data loss, damage, or unauthorized access due to natural disaster, crime, or other unavoidable causes.
